Polina Zueva

Instructor

Hi there! I’m Polina Zueva, a Russian Pole Exotic Instructor. I am very excited to share my style with you! I’ve been pole dancing for 7 years and teaching it for 5 years in Russia, Vietnam and America. I am lucky and blessed to have great experience taking part in competitions in Taiwan, Russia, Thailand, getting first places in some of them, being certified by POSA, teaching in different countries and owning my own studio in Vietnam and even being a judge in Vietnamese pole dance competitions. I like to combine flow with hard tricks, sensual slow moves with strength and control, but everything depends on a level. I also like to implement some freestyle as it helps to not just think about the moves and technique, but relax and feel the music, express yourself and feel happy and sexy! My favourite classes to teach are Russian Exotic and Pole Conditioning. I can’t wait to see you in my classes!

Anyah

Instructor

Hi, I’m Anyah. I am a prior performer and certified Level 1 Instructor from Impulse’s pole instructor program. I have been in love with pole dancing since my first class in 2019. Pole dancing has been an outlet for me through many uplifting and challenging times in life where once I would step inside the studio, the noise outside would be (and is) silenced and the freedom to express raw emotion was (and is) always welcomed. There is something magical with sharing a story through the art of dance. I am so excited to share this beautiful passion and hobby with you, of which I am grateful to have had many near and dear instructors share with me.

With a background in Anthropology and International Studies, Harmony views dance as not only an empowering form of artistic expression, but as an important source of cultural preservation and storytelling.
